Financial Planning Workshops

In today’s challenging financial world, employees are increasingly looking to their employers for information to help them make better financial decisions and prepare for retirement, which could lead to greater financial stability and productivity.1 Money problems can lead to stress, and one of the most valuable benefits you can provide is sound financial education to give workers more control of their financial futures.

About 42 percent of employees quit their jobs because of stress.

As a financial management professional, I have learned the importance of providing financial education to help people work toward a more secure financial future. I offer educational workshops that are designed to help members of the community understand financial issues that are of critical importance to their long-term financial security. My program, The Complete Financial Management Workshop®, is particularly suited for working individuals because they need to plan for retirement and make sound financial decisions to help protect their families and their assets.

The presentation is educational, generic, and can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization and its employees. It is not a sales meeting. I can assure you that no specific products are discussed or offered for sale during the workshop. I simply provide basic, sound financial information that individuals can use to help pursue their goals.

Some of the topics addressed include:

  • Making your money work harder
  • Protecting your family and your future
  • Selecting appropriate investment vehicles
  • Managing the long-term effects of taxes and inflation
  • Putting a price tag on retirement
  • Understanding the ABCs of estate conservation

By sponsoring this program, your organization will be providing a value-added service to help employees implement positive changes in their lives. At the same time, it will indicate to them that you are committed to help them develop healthy approaches to their personal finances and retirement planning. Moreover, it can generate greater appreciation for the employee benefits that you provide.

The comprehensive format allows for maximum flexibility, allowing me to present anything from brief, single-session "lunch and learn" presentations to full-length, two-day financial workshops.  Each participant will receive a 164-page, 4-color workbook.

Cost: $35/per participant
